Sadako Sasaki - Paper Cranes Illustration.

This semester is keeping me quite busy, so I'll have to apologize for the lack of posts. I'm currently working on four oil paintings that I hope to be posting about soon. In the meantime, here is a watercolor illustration based on the story of Sadako Sasaki and the 1000 cranes.

A Quick Sketch.

Ok. I haven't gone any further with my painting. I'm in the process of coming up with my contract for another independent study for the fall, so hopefully I'll be on the right track soon. In the meantime, here is a pencil sketch of my friend, G.

Apples - Oil Study.

I'm experiencing a serious lack of time. Here are a some one-hour apples. I hope to have some progress shots of my current painting up soon.

Self Portrait - Oils.

An attempt to keep things brushy. Completed last month. Oils on canvas. 18" x 24".

More One-Hour Self Portraits.

Older paintings once again. I started a new job last week etching tombstones, and it's eating up all my time. ><

One Hour Oil Studies.

Random oil painting studies on masonite. Painted about a year ago giving myself a one hour time limit. I have a problem knowing when to put the brush down...

Self Portrait.

Portrait of Katie.

The Owl & The Birds - Illustration.

I just got back from a long weekend of camping with friends. I should be posting more consistently now. In the meantime, this is for a fable by Aesop. Watercolor and ink on paper.
