I finally took the plunge and created a Flickr page, so my photos should be easier to keep track of/view. I look forward to getting more time in with my camera (and photography in general) once this big project is finished up.

In The Studio - Photos.

Gessoing canvas for the design project. What can I say? Digital work just isn't my forte anymore. I'm attempting to do as much of this "my way" before I'm forced to shove all of it into a template in Illustrator.

A Few Photos.

I'm in the middle of working on a commissioned album layout/design project, so I apologize for the lack of posts. It may be a little bit before I have anything of substance to talk about, so for now you get photos.

Is everyone looking forward to the time change this weekend? I know I am. We had one really sunny day this past week and it's made me crazed for spring and summer. I can't wait to be outside more!

Work In Progress - Pencil Drawing.

Here are a couple of peeks at my current project. I'm hoping to get it finished up sometime this week, but all of those little details are time consuming. 

Fashionably Late.

Mother Nature must be making up for such a mild winter, because it has been snowing all day long.

Thankfully we still have power. I look forward to cozying up on the couch for the rest of the evening and seeing what things look like in the morning.

Back when I was a teenager, and long before I became a vegan, I bought a vintage tooled-leather purse. I loved it to bits, despite the fact that I didn't (and still don't, for that matter) like carrying a bag around. I still think the colors and textures are amazing, but for the most part, it stays put, hanging on my closet doorknob. 

So here is a (vegan approved) study of it's charming details.
