Ok. I haven't gone any further with my painting. I'm in the process of coming up with my contract for another independent study for the fall, so hopefully I'll be on the right track soon. In the meantime, here is a pencil sketch of my friend, G.

The Owl & The Birds - Illustration.

The Velveteen Rabbit - Watercolor Illustration.
As promised, something new. This was done for the illustration portion of my portfolio (which needs a lot of work). It's watercolor on paper, with an overlay of Prismacolor pencils. It didn't turn out exactly as I had hoped, but overall, I'm happy with the outcome. And of course, there were lessons learned along the way.
